  • All online orders are shipped within 4 business days of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
  • We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they are protected during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, please send us proof of the damage (e.g. photographs) within 2 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you, as long as the damage was not caused by misuse or mishandling on your part.
  • If you are unable to provide proof of damage, please contact us to discuss the issue. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation in order to verify the claim of damage.
  • Once an item has been delivered successfully, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final after the item has been delivered successfully.
